Our private infrared Sauna is located on the first floor. Infrared sauna therapy is proven to release muscle tension, improve skin conditions and increase recovery time. Suitable for 1-2 people.
We use magnesium oil and essential oils for aromatherapy massage. If you would prefer something else please enquire prior to your appointment.
